How reviews are collected

Reviews are submitted through our storefront by people describing their own experience of a product or bundle. We may invite customers and product testers to leave an honest review, but we do not require or reward positive feedback.

Checks before publication

Every review is moderated before publication. We apply the same standards to positive and negative feedback and aim to publish genuine, relevant and lawful reviews without unreasonable delay. We do not rewrite reviews to change their meaning or sentiment.

We may reject or remove reviews that appear fabricated, fraudulent, spam, abusive, unlawful, irrelevant to the product, contain personal information, or conceal an incentive or other important relationship.

Disclosures and verification

Reviewers are invited to mention any free product, sample, other benefit, or personal connection to Flavour Origins in their written review so readers can understand the relevant context.

A Verified purchase label appears only when the review email and reviewed item match a completed paid order in our records. Reviews without that label may still reflect a genuine experience, including product testing.

Ratings and concerns

Displayed ratings and counts use published approved reviews only. We do not add placeholder reviews or ratings. If you believe a published review is suspicious or misleading, contact hello@flavourorigins.com.
